Article 16 Revocation of an extension of the duration

The extension of the duration may be revoked if it was granted contrary to the provisions of F1regulation 58A(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
2.
Any person may submit an application for revocation of the extension of the duration to F2the comptroller or the court.
