(1)

A heavy goods vehicle transporting fuel, consumables or combustion by-products may only enter or leave the authorised development—

(a)

between 0700 and 2200 hours on weekdays (excluding bank holidays);

(b)

between 0700 and 1830 hours on Saturdays (excluding bank holidays).

(2)

The restrictions in subparagraph (1) do not apply to a movement of a heavy goods vehicle which is—

(a)

associated with an emergency, or

(b)

carried out with the prior approval of the planning authority.
