Paragraph 5 Design of fuel storage bunkerI1

Work No. 1 must not commence until written details of the design of the fuel storage bunker comprised in Work No. 1A have been submitted to and, after consultation with the Environment Agency, approved by the planning authority.

The design of the fuel storage bunker must be informed by the results of the groundwater table level survey approved under requirement 6(1).

The fuel storage bunker must be constructed in accordance with the approved details.
