Paragraph 7 Accesses to worksI1

No part of the authorised development may be commenced until written details of the siting, design and layout of any new permanent or temporary means of access to a highway for that part has been submitted to and approved in writing by the relevant planning authority.

The highway accesses must be constructed in accordance with the approved details.
