Northern Ireland

In these Rules—

  • “the principal Rules” means the Magistrates' Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984f1;

  • “the 1969 Rules” means the Magistrates' Courts (Children and Young Persons) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1969f2;

  • “the 1995 Order” means the Children’s Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1995f3.
