The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 3(1)(a) to (c), 4(1), (2)(c) and (d) and (3)(a) and 6 of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012f1.
In accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992f2 the Secretary of State has referred proposals in respect of these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.
