Paragraph 48 Employment, skills and training planI1

Work No. 1 must not commence until a written plan detailing arrangements to promote employment, skills and training development opportunities for local residents has been submitted to and approved by the planning authority.

The approved plan must be implemented and maintained during the construction and operation of Work No.1.
